Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and displayed on the ORDER SUMMARY page. Ground shipping and returns are free. Additional costs will be charged for expedited shipping.
We only ship within the USA. Unfortunately we're unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska at this time. Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California. purplemaroon is not required to and does not collect sales or tax in any other state.

- Before we can ship your orders, we may need to confirm your information with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep the delays to a minimum.
- Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is submitted between 8:00 am to 3:00 pm PST. Please note: during our sale periods it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

Free Ground Shipping & Returns For Online Order
We offer free ground shipping and returns for all USA online orders. When placing your order, simply select your preferred delivery option on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase.
Receiving Your Order
To ensure safe delivery, you must sign for your order. This is best for customers who prefer the security of a signed delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the carrier will leave a re-delivery slip.
When placing an order, the signature requirement is set by default. Please note, that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
purplemaroon insures each purchase during transit until delivery. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are sending a gift, the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
Making a return or exchange is easy. Simply mark the Return Form with the item(s) you are returning along with the reason(s) for the return and send your item(s) back to us within 10 days after receiving your order.
If you would like to exchange an item because the size or color is not correct, please include the replacement size and color in the Return Form. All exchanges are based upon stock availability.
Returning Your Purchase
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

1. Simply send back your item(s) using our free return shipping label, and drop your shipment off at your local carrier.
2. Complete and sign a copy of the Return Form that you received with your order and include it with your return.
3. Remove all outer box labels prior to attaching the return label and seal your package before sending the package back to us.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange item(s) for a different size or color, however all exchanges are based upon stock availability.
Please note that we only offer size and color exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
Please return your original item with the original packaging and all tags. Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. You need to return the item(s) within 10 days after receiving your order. Please include the replacement size and color in the Return Form. All exchanges are based upon stock availability. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will send you an email as your gift credit confirmation.
Late Returns
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 10 working days upon receipt. Returns outside this time period will not be accepted.
Damaged or Faulty Merchandise
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Every piece is inspected carefully before orders are filled. Please note that item(s) that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If possible, we will offer to repair faulty item(s). If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Receiving A Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Please note only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

- We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on purplemaroon.com. However, as computer monitors vary, there may be slight color variations.
- All items are quality controlled and checked for damages before they are sent to customers. Please contact us immediately if you receive an item that is not in perfect condition.
- Please send all item(s) you wish to return from an order with the same shipment/ order number to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging with all original tags to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Your return may not be accepted if the product is damaged.
